The Commercial Manager role has 2 main elements: bookings and sponsorship.
The bookings part involves managing requests that come in from members to hire out the club, organising the booking details with the hirer, and managing the overall calendar to include internal CCC run events – all done with a simple spreadsheet!
Sponsorship is the other area: that’s working with current sponsors, encouraging new ones to come on board, and working with a local company to organise any signs to be created.
