For the uninitiated, CPL, or Chertsey Premier League, now in its tenth (and birthday) year, is sponsored by West End Garage, and is a bright, bold, interclub competition with four Chertsey-themed teams battling it out over 20 overs and four rounds, culminating in a big Finals Day send off Bank Holiday weekend in August.
Oh, and if you're wondering what the pirate ship in the corner of the ground is for, the team placed last after Round 3 has to man that for Finals Day as "punishment".
