Aside from everyone missing cricket and each other terribly, the pace at CCC may have slowed down dramatically, but we haven't let the cobwebs set in, and we haven't technically stopped during lockdown, with the ground contuning to be maintained, odd jobs being carried out, and the bar having work completed in the bar store. The nets have reopened and players (via a booking system) are coming down to train in pairs following social distancing and cleansing measures set out by the ECB.
We will continue to be guided by ECB and goverment advice and hope to be open and playing cricket as soon as that allows.
