It is with sadness that we have to inform the club of the passing of Tony Bussey on Sunday at the age of 78. "Buss", father of club legend Steve, was the 3rd XI captain for several seasons in the early years after its conception in the 80s.
He was a colourful character, a determined and brave batsman, and a twirly, lobby bowler.
Our thoughts and best wishes go to his family and loved ones.
The funeral will be held at 3pm at Woking Crematorium on Monday 11th November then to SSNR Club in Chertsey afterwards.
