Spring Work Day Details

Part of the Get Set Weekend, our Spring Work Day on April 6th from 9am allows us to get ready for the season ahead by doing those little jobs that need doing - putting up the sightscreens, clearing the patio, getting the furniture out. This is where we need YOU, and you know what they say - many hands make light work!

If whatever reason we can't carry out the jobs on the 6th, we have two backup weekends, but keep an eye on the socials for any date changes.

JOBS:

Benches - wash down

Boundary Fence – litter pick inside the ground and along the outer fence line

Car Park - a general tidy up - cutting grass and weeding around nets and buildings

Car Park - make good potholes

Changing Rooms - clean & tidy ahead of new season

Ditch - clear out fallen branches and logs

Entrance sign – (o/s of main gate) paint uprights

Far exit gate – clear away winter debris

Garages - take out patio furniture & benches

Garages – clear fallen branches and winter debris

Kitchen - post clubhouse refurb clean

Mobile covers - clear frames of winter debris - flush gullies & hoses

Mobile covers - fit covers

Nets - put up sponsors' signs

Nets – (near & far) brush out winter debris

Score box - tidy & throw out anything that is no longer required

Scoreboard - power on and test equipment

Sight screens - clean and refit slats & sheet

Windows – wash down.
